I negotiate, draft, and enforce contracts for media production and content creation services, IP licensing and sales, endorsement and promotional relationships, and other business agreements and obligations, including meeting your copyright and trademark registration and enforcement needs.

After over twenty years of working with photographers, filmmakers, journalists, artists, actors, musicians, and small business owners, I know firsthand how the mere prospect of legal representation can be overwhelming to the freelance and entrepreneurial community, even in the most critical of times. I founded Hoben Law in 2017 to offer sustainable, value-based legal services to this community of driven professionals, helping them to better navigate their careers, protect their creations, and grow their businesses.
