Croton on Hudson’s CHD is the newest addition to the distillery scene in New York. Founder, David McCallen, a Westchester County native and craft distiller, is as passionate about the company’s identification with the area – the terroir - as he is about the use of organic ingredients in all CHD products. CHD is sourcing organic, vegan, non-GMO, traditional botanicals, to capture consumers' desired attributes: local, sustainable, and authentic.
